This deeply relaxing massage utilizes slow, repetitive techniques, aromatic hot towels with Aveda’s Stress Fix essential oil blend and hot stones for the shoulders and feet to reduce muscular tension and stress. Whether you enjoy light, medium or deeper pressure you will benefit from this calming treatment.

Enjoy a personalized massage that can include a combination of modalities from Swedish massage to myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and/or stretching. If you are recovering from an injury, suffer from chronic pain or are just needing deep work for stress relief you will enjoy this treatment.

A peppermint infused foot scrub followed by a foot and calf massage with our Just Breathe butter.
